Laser Cutting
Two 6-meter fiber laser machines plus a dedicated tube laser cover mild steel, stainless, aluminium, and galvanized sheet — plate and structural tube alike. Nest-optimized for material yield. Burr-free edge standard.
Bending & Forming
Three CNC press brakes with programmable back-gauge deliver repeatable bends across batch runs. Complex multi-bend parts tooled from 3D models.
Welding
25-station welding workshop. TIG for stainless and aluminium precision work. MIG for structural steel. Spot welding for sheet assemblies.
Powder Coating & Painting
In-house wet-spray line with high-temperature baking. Powder coating runs through long-term audited partner lines — color match, film thickness and adhesion are verified by our QC before shipment.
Assembly & QC
Final assembly including threaded inserts, door hardware, gaskets, cable glands, and labels. Full QC with dimensional report and pre-shipment photos.
Surface Finishing
Extended finishing options beyond powder coat: brushed or mirror stainless, anodized aluminium, chemical passivation, and electropolish for food/pharma applications.
