This notice explains how Steadfab handles information submitted through this website.
Information we receive
When you request a quote, we receive the contact, company, project and drawing information that you choose to provide. Basic technical information may also be recorded when you use the website.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review manufacturability, prepare quotations, answer your questions and manage potential or active manufacturing work. We do not sell submitted RFQ information.
Drawings and confidentiality
Drawings are used for quotation and project communication. If your project requires a confidentiality agreement, request it before sharing sensitive files.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, secure database and file storage, and email delivery. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information when required by law or when needed to protect the website from abuse.
International processing
Steadfab operates in China. Information may be processed in China and in other locations where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to limit access to the people and providers needed to review and respond to your request.
Retention
We keep RFQ information and drawings for as long as reasonably needed to prepare a quote, communicate about the project, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or security requirements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email rfq@steadfab.com.
