Prepare a fence-panel quotation

Agree fabrication acceptance before ordering
For sample panels and posts, identify which drawing dimensions and interfaces need verification, such as overall size, fixing-hole locations and gate-hardware mounting points. Ask which measurement records or fit-check photographs can be provided, and agree the checks, acceptance criteria and reporting scope before ordering. These fabrication checks do not establish system safety or replace the system integrator’s risk assessment and on-site safety validation.

Safety distance and ISO 13857
Buyers looking up robot fence height often find ISO 13857:2019, Safety of machinery — Safety distances to prevent hazard zones being reached by upper and lower limbs. The distance is selected in the integrator's risk assessment and written on the drawing. The Suzhou manufacturing team fabricates panels, posts and components to that drawing. It does not reproduce the standard's distance tables, and it does not state that a fence meets ISO 13857.
