Our Quality Process
Drawing Review
Every new drawing gets a DFM review before production starts. Tolerance conflicts, material inconsistencies, and assembly issues are flagged upfront.
In-Process Inspection
Dimensional checks at laser cutting, bending, and post-weld stages. Critical features verified with calibrated gauges and go/no-go fixtures.
Final QC & FAI
First-article inspection (FAI) report on all new part numbers. Includes dimensional report, surface finish check, and material cert.
Photo Documentation
Pre-shipment photos shared with every order. Optional video walkthroughs for complex assemblies.
Export Packaging
Wooden crates or cartons designed to protect during ocean/air freight. Anti-rust paper, foam, and edge protection standard.
Traceability
Material certificates (mill certs) traceable to each batch. Retained for 5 years. Available on request.
